„Bobanac d.o.o. for Construction and Design“ company was founded in 1997. It specializes in designs of plumbing and sewage installations of buildings (development of concept design, main design and construction design of the project).
In our field of work we maintain the principle of sustainable development, taking into consideration all the future generations. We insist on using recyclable materials with no harmful effect on humans or the environment. Throughout its 20 years of activity, „Bobanac“ company has always been about striving to be the top company within its field of work.
„Bobanac“ company has its own head office in Zagreb. We deal with up-to-date technical and computer equipment and the newest computer softwares. At this present day, there are three employees: two masters of civil engineering and a construction engineer, occasionally at specific jobs we consult special advisers. The company wishes to be recognized by the quality of its services, its relation towards partners and clients, by its innovations, technical knowledge, experience and business morals.
BIM (Building information modeling) is the most advanced design process in civil engineering. The basis of BIM software is a 3D model of the object which contains, alongside the visual presentation, many other information such as material quantities, element characteristics, coordinates, details, cost-assesment and other info needed. Today BIM is called a 5D modeling tool because it comprises three spatial dimensions, but also cost as a fourth dimension and time as fifth.
